That's Terms and Conditions rather than Tea and Cakes!

Please read the following points carefully. Once you have made your booking, it is accepted that you agree to the following T&Cs:

• A deposit of  50% is required 1 week after agreeing the quote. 
• Up to 2 days before your party, you may add more requests, but once the deposit is paid, the numbers cannot be decreased.
• If you cancel your booking less than seven days before the due date of your party, you may forfeit your deposit entirely.
• The full balance is required on or by the day of the party,  by cash or by bank transfer.
• Delivery within the first 10 miles is FREE. Charges beyond this apply as follows:
  10 to 15 miles – add £4
  15 -20 miles – add £8
  20-40 miles – add an extra 50p per mile                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              40 miles plus – to be agreed but will incur cost for additional staff hours as well as mileage cost

 Lastly, we do need the venue to have electricity, water and a table - thank you !
